Living Leaner & Stronger Workshop with Andrew Jobling
Posted by webmaster 28 November 2008
At Airlie today a group of people from across the VPS came together at Airlie to work with Andrew Jobling on making a positive change to their lives and well being.
Andrew takes the view that we can all Eat Chocolate, Drink Alcohol and Stay Lean and Healthy if we are prepared to make some adjustments to our lives and sustain them. His approach is to take small steps in doing things differently for ourselves such as taking some exercise, eating healthier food and getting a balance in our lives.
Andrew encouraged us to set realisable goals around things we wanted to change in our lives and link them with why we wanted to do this ie our values. He then encouraged us to think about and implement small changes for us to meet our goals and set a plan as to how we might do this. The change might be drinking an extra glass of water a day or eating an extra piece of fruit. All small changes which incrementally lead up to a healthier human being.
For those interested in leading a stronger and healthier lifestyle we have attached Andrew’s monthly newsletter: Newsletter Nov
Thanks go to Andrew for not only an informative and encouraging session, but for making positive change seem achievable and sustainable.

Thanks to Andrew for another great motivational seminar.
After the first seminar, I have lost 6kg’s and 5cm from my waist – without doing anything difficult.
Very inspiring

I used the workshop to build on the changes that I have made to my lifestyle over the past two years. The idea of small steps stuck a chord with me because that is how I got started 2 years ago. The workshop gave me some more tips that I have already put in place. Very beneficial.

The workshop was a great reminder of the simple things I can do to stay healthy, be more productive, and still enjoy chocolate!

No talk of detoxing, cutting out foods or long gym sessions, just simple messages that gave me the boost I need to make a few small changes to my lifestyle that will have a big impact. Thanks!
