New Client Relationship Management Software installed

The CIN has now incorporated new client relationship management software into the website.
This new software will be used to:

Record RSVP responses to CIN events
Track numbers attending
Automatically notify members of their rsvp status
Automatically remind those who RSVP of their commitment to attend, a specified no of days prior to each event

On April 20 a group of DSE Facilitators completed their final workshop before practically applying the parallel thinking techniques for their work based assessment to receive the Blue Hat Facilitator pin.
